Research Interests

My research interest is the loss of biodiversity in the face of environmental change. The primary goal of my research is to figure out the spatio-temporal pattern and the impact factors of waterbirds on Bohai Bay, eastern China, which is an important stopover site along the East Asian-Australian Flyway. I propose to tackle the questions from the point of view of community-level, discovering the pattern and causes on local scale firstly then extending to broad scale, and putting forward effective conservation suggestions on biodiversity.

My project is funded by China Scholarship Council.
